The purpose of banner advertising is to promote a brand and get visitors from the host website to go to the advertiser’s website.
Simply put, banner advertising is a type of digital advertising, presented in a form of a banner.
Banners are creative rectangular ad that is shown along the top, side, or bottom of a website in hopes that it will drive traffic to the advertiser’s proprietary site, generate awareness, and overall brand consideration.
This type of visual banner-style online advertising is a form of display advertising.
To create banner ads, navigate to Admin Panel > Online store > Banner Ads > Create New.
- The banner ad page appears. Add the banner ad image, description, title, button txt, and a URL for the landing page if the slider text is clickable.
- Click on “Save”.
- To delete the created banner ad, go to banner ad page, the reseller can find an action menu in the page with “edit” and “delete” icons. Click on the Delete icon.
