  • Deleting A Location

    Hello everyone.

    I would like to delete a location and was wondering if it is okay to do so. It is not the default location, was never used for any orders, and never shipped to this location. Is there a way to delete it without causing any issues?

    Hi Delison,

    Thanks for reaching out!

    If you no longer want to sell to, fulfill to, or ship to that location, you can delete it permanently. 

    1. Go to Settings > Locations.

    2. Click the checkbox of the location to be deleted.

    3. Select the action and click on submit.

    Hi Delison,

    Yes, you can delete a location on Singlebag. To do this, follow these steps:

    1. Go to your Singlebag dashboard.
    2. Click on the “Shipping method” tab.
    3. Click on the Edit “Pencil” Icon
    4. Find the location you want to delete.
    5. Click on the “Delete” button.
    6. Seleted shipping location getting disabled.

    I hope these tips help you to delete the location in siglebag.
