Customer Reviews On Product Page
I have a store that has some pages with a customer’s review option and where do I get to manage all these reviews? I find some offensive comments.
How do I delete and block these users?
I would like to hear some advice and please tell me how to ignore these negativities.

The best reply you can give them is your success. Kill them with your success and bury them with your smile.
Now coming to your question, as I checked, the review option is from the reviews and rating option under the customer menu in your admin panel.
Select the reviews that you want to delete and select the action to remove them.
If you can’t remove it, I suggest you reach out to Singlebag support here.
