  • Creating Variants With Current Products

Posted by Srisachin K on August 10, 2022 at 4:16 pm

I am new to Singlebag. I have multiple products listed. Same product with different sizes and different colors. I have learned how to create variants in Singlebag. I am confused now about how the product with different variants will be displayed. Is there a way when creating the variant to point it to a current item I have listed? I’m confused please help me.

    Hi Sachin,

    ·       Login to your admin panel.

    ·       Go to Products—All products

    ·       Click on the “edit” option

    ·       At the left menus of the page, you would find options like “variants” and “options”. After adding click on save changes.

    ·       This is how the created variants for a product will be displayed on your site.

    Hope this helps!

A product that has multiple options, such as size or color, can be given variants. A variant of a product can be created from any combination of option values.

The product details page lets you change the product’s pricing, availability, and shipping options after you add it.

The variant information page is where you must make these adjustments for each variant you add to the product.

    Cheers!

Hi Sachin i have mentioned few steps below please try them,

    It worked for me,

    • In the Options section of the edit product page, add options, like size or color if the product has one.
    • In row name, enter a name for the option, for example, Size. Customers see this name.
    • In values, enter each option value in a separate field, for example, Small, Medium, Large. Customers see these option values when they choose a variant.
    • If your variants differ in more than one way, then click Add another option. You can have as many options as possible for each product.
    • Optional: Add a different product image for each variant.
    • Click Save.

    Cheers!
